This is an exciting opportunity to join our cutting-edge GenAI team and make a meaningful impact by leveraging your skills to guide groundbreaking AI initiatives.

The team will focus on developing world-class products that integrate best-in-class engineering and product management principles. Your expertise will be crucial in driving success and rapidly advancing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing product goals and defining digital solutions to drive business value.
  • Conducting research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys to inform product development.
  • Driving prioritization of product features and maintaining supporting documentation.
  • Providing insights on emerging trends and informing product direction, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Acting as a champion for MVP approach and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leading the development of business cases and operating plans.
  • Communicating progress and monitoring KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience launching data-driven digital products and articulating product vision.
  • A track record of conducting field/user research and using data to inform feature prioritization.
  • Familiarity with LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze market and industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Experience working with agile/scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with capacity for independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
