Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers via email, live chat, and screen shares.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting product knowledge and self-sufficiency among customers.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of our products and their features.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and fulfill their goals with our solutions.
- Apply and share best practices for optimal use of our products.
- Innovate and propose ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in software support or customer service.
- Fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient knowledge of HTML, jQuery, CSS.
- Experience in various communication formats.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate new technologies.
- Independent and teamwork capabilities.
- Poise and articulation in challenging customer interactions.
