Our client is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to oversee and develop high-quality residential and day services for individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex support needs. This role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on person-centered care, compliance, and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input to organisational development
  • Lead service operations aligned with the organisation's ethos, strategy, and national standards
  • Oversee performance, budgets, and quality improvement across services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements are essential. Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health is also required.
