Strategic Growth Leader

Ey are seeking experienced candidates to join our strategic growth team in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our strategy practice, working with diverse clients to solve complex challenges.
The team adopts a collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer key strategic questions. Examples of work you will be involved in include:
- Working with senior leaders at clients to develop organisational strategies.
- Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions.
- Conducting business development to win projects.
- Developing a community within the team through offerings and thought leadership.
Our formal training programme is designed to develop the skills needed to maximise effectiveness as a consultant and advisor.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape organisational strategy and growth plans.
- Contribute to commercial due diligence and strategic decision support for transactions.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and client outreach.
- Help build and nurture our strategy community and capabilities.
- Intellectually curious, passionate about solving complex problems, hardworking, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to coach others and learn quickly.
- Prior experience in a strategy consulting firm is highly desirable.
