The Senior Manager position involves supporting the Product organisation in setting and operationalising strategy, bridging cross-functional touchpoints with our GTM functions.
This is a hybrid role in a small high-impact team, combining individual contribution with people leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the organisation to understand business performance, set strategy, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Be a thought partner to senior product leadership in shaping the strategic product vision and narrative for the company.
- Identify, surface, and strategise around business performance of our Product Lines, and be a SME on projecting the business impact of product initiatives.
- Own ongoing key strategic initiatives that drive meaningful growth and product adoption, such as supporting product-oriented GTM plays, rethinking trials processes, investigating onboarding challenges, and driving action through programs or cross-functional leadership.
- Identify growth, efficiency, and strategic opportunities for the business, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand commercial performance of our products, evaluating investments or strategic decisions, identifying and prioritising actions to take, and communicating insights to senior executives.
- Drive successful execution cross-functionally with GTM partners on specific one-off initiatives or process/system improvements that support our growth trajectory.
- Support strategic operational cadences, including supporting leadership on C-suite and Board level topics, driving creation of materials for boards and critical internal company strategy communications.
- 5+ years of experience in areas such as management consulting, investment banking/private equity, BizOps, strategy, or corporate development roles.
- Strong business generalist with outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate complex information and concepts clearly for executive audiences.
- Performs accurate analysis on complex data and derives new and actionable business insights based on this.
- Defines, structures, and frames complex problems and decisions in a simple, actionable way.
- Successfully leads large cross-functional teams with a range of seniority levels (up to C-level).
- Experienced in driving from business analysis and insights to action, structuring and solving problems, seeking information needed to solve these, conducting analyses, recommending actions, getting buy-in and alignment from leaders and teams, and working with other teams to deliver results.
- Familiarity with digital experience space.
- Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) understanding and/or experience.
- Product Management familiarity and awareness of software engineering practices.
