Job Role: Strategic Business Leader

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven leader to join our Regulatory Risk Advisory team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market offering, strengthening client relationships, and delivering engaging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams on complex engagements, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement innovative solutions, driving business growth and expansion;
  • Develop strategic opportunities and secure new business through targeted marketing, sales, and client relationship initiatives;
  • Oversee the conduct of reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to client management teams;
  • Support technical analysis and serve as a subject matter expert in European prudential regulation (CRR/CRD, BRRD, IFR/D);
  • Network with clients, prospects, and internal teams to drive business development and growth;
  • Focus on people development, mentoring, and coaching, including managing client-facing teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in the banking and capital markets sector, including a deep understanding of risk and capital management processes;
  • Technical expertise in prudential aspects of European regulation, regulatory reporting, and ECB/SSM requirements;
  • Track record of providing regulatory consulting advice to established companies and new entrants in-house, at regulatory bodies, or consultancies;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Demonstrate a drive to win new business, expand service offerings, and deliver exceptional client value;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
