We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to lead our Marketing, Communications, and Business Development team in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion a business partner mindset within the team by collaborating with client-facing market and business leaders to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and deliver innovative approaches to long-term pursuit planning, client programs, and knowledge management, to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Define processes and actions for effective business development activity, including market research and insights.
  • Lead the business development team in Ireland, setting its vision and work program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications) to align on go-to-market strategies.
Client Program Management
  • Oversee the development and delivery of the client program in Ireland, evolving it to maximize impact.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to inform consistent client selection and segmentation, fostering a client-centered approach.
  • Advise on best practices, tools, resources, and training for client-facing teams to effectively engage with clients.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop sales reporting and analytics, championing data use in decision-making.
  • Advise on performance analytics solutions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee training programs to enhance the understanding and use of CRM data.

To be successful, you will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or executive education in business management, marketing, or a related field. You should also have more than 7 years of experience in a professional services background, as well as knowledge of current trends and procurement within the AEC industry.

You will need strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. You should also be able to build influential relationships within a global organization and have a client-first approach with a focus on outcomes.
