We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our Financial Services practice.
This pivotal role will involve driving streamlined account management practices, sales processes, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing go-to-market strategies, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Key skills required include commercial acumen, growth orientation, and excellent communication skills.
- 10+ years' experience in industry or professional services
- Strong background in business development and commercial roles
- Pipeline management and CRM system proficiency
- Excellent relationship development and networking ability
- Ability to positively drive change and influence decision-making
