Executive Leadership Opportunity

A highly sought-after Senior Manager is required to join our organization's Product Strategy and Business Operations team. This key role will work closely with senior leadership, understanding business performance, setting strategic direction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought partnership with senior product leaders: shaping the strategic product vision and narrative for the company.
  • Business partner to product leaders: identifying, surfacing, and strategizing around business performance of our Product Lines.
  • Ownership of ongoing key strategic initiatives that drive meaningful growth and product adoption.
  • Identifying growth, efficiency, and strategic opportunities for the business through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Driving successful execution cross-functionally with Go-to-Market partners on specific initiatives or process improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity, Business Operations, strategy, or corporate development roles.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate complex information clearly for executive audiences.
  • Quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills, with experience building complex business and financial models.
  • Project leadership and action-oriented skills, experienced in driving from business analysis to action.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with the Digital Experience space.
  • Enterprise Go-to-Market familiarity.
  • Product Management familiarity.
