A leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing strategic growth initiatives.
The Opportunity- Lead the development and execution of targeted business development and marketing strategies.
- Directly support client acquisition, raise the firm's market profile, and contribute to long-term growth.
- Develop and deliver BD and marketing elements of the Corporate department's strategic plan.
- Raise the profile of the practice area through innovative and targeted campaigns.
- Manage legal directory submissions and work to improve departmental rankings.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment.
- Proven management experience and track record of delivering BD strategies for a practice area or sector team.
