Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to lead hiring efforts across technical and G&A functions.


This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic hiring initiatives, influence workforce strategy, and optimize recruitment processes for impact.


The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and mentoring the recruitment team, enhancing skills and performance. You'll also oversee sourcing strategies, aligning them with business priorities to ensure talent acquisition supports growth.


In addition, you'll drive employer branding, positioning our organization as a talent destination, and enhance diversity and inclusion, improving workforce balance across regions.


Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing recruitment teams, developing and implementing effective strategies to source top talent.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, analyzing hiring metrics to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

Your Profile

You'll need at least 5 years of experience in managing and leading high-performing recruitment teams, with a proven track record of driving successful hiring initiatives.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for partnering with senior leaders and influencing key stakeholders. A data-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also crucial for success in this role.
