Lead Software Developer - Innovative Solutions

This role presents an exciting opportunity to a highly skilled developer who wants to contribute to the creation of innovative solutions in a dynamic work environment.

  • Delivering quality software solutions by enforcing best-in-class coding and documentation standards, ensuring quality criteria are met for all project deliverables.
  • Supporting a team of engineers to deliver on our digital strategy.
  • Cultivating innovation, encouraging diverse thinking and developing others through coaching, feedback and exposure.
  • Focusing on non-functional quality requirements in security, performance, scalability, testability and sustainability of technical deliverables.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise technology projects that span multiple teams and technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a microservice developer, including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, SQL, CI/CD Tooling, JSON, XML.
  • Experience in Eventing, Messaging, Database and Microservice Architectures, Patterns and Technologies.
  • Able to communicate technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels within the organization.
