Senior Java Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Engineering Manager to lead our development team in creating innovative financial services software solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise in Java development, including the Spring framework, to drive high-quality software delivery and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Guide the design, development, and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Excellent technical and business acumen, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.
