Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Manager to oversee the development of cutting-edge applications and services.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
  • Collaborate with architects to design scalable systems on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Develop robust APIs and backend services using Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Kafka
  • Mentor engineers in developing responsive user interfaces using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack

Key Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices

- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation

- Proficiency in Hibernate or equivalent ORM frameworks

- Solid understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture

- Front-end development experience with React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript

- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

- Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
