Freight Delivery Driver Role

This is a challenging and rewarding freight delivery driver role that requires the ability to deliver furniture safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multi-drop consignments daily to customers' premises, adhering to strict safety and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct manual handling and basic assembly of furniture as required, ensuring all items are securely loaded and unloaded.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and maintain tidy vehicles at all times, with a focus on maintaining high levels of professionalism and respect for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Clean C License (mandatory)
  • CPC Certificates (required)
  • TACO Qualification (essential)
  • Prior experience in a multi-delivery role is highly advantageous, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Punctuality and timekeeping are essential, with a focus on maintaining a reliable and consistent service.
  • Proficient in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
