The Head of Financial Risk will sit in our second line of defense, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, and be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Financial Risk Management Frameworks. This includes Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity & Funding Risk, and Capital Adequacy Risk.
This role is a key member of our Risk Function's Senior Management Team and requires a deep understanding of capital markets, financial risk management, capital planning, and liquidity management processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a 2nd line financial risk role with expertise in quantitative risk measurement techniques and risk management processes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and people management skills. They will also be able to form good working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and convey complex messages clearly and concisely.
