Community Operations Specialist Role Overview

Covalen is seeking a skilled Community Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our community members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in resolving inquiries and issues empathetically and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client products and community standards.
  • Make informed decisions and advocate effectively for the community.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and empathy to provide top-notch support.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client platform, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
  • Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports and reviewing content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

  • Ability to learn new information quickly.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European residency).
