Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the delivery of projects within the card payments domain. This includes managing cross-functional teams, ensuring robust governance and documentation, and liaising with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure all business, regulatory, and technical objectives are met on time
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the card payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, schemes, and related technologies. A strong understanding of payment scheme rules and certification processes is essential.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of multiple systems, tracking progress against milestones, and maintaining accurate records.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within financial services, with a focus on card payments, is required. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also necessary.
Requirements:- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience working with APIs, EMV, tokenization, or fraud prevention tools
- Background in fintech, banking, payment gateways, or card-issuing platforms
