To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid background in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A knack for analyzing data and solving problems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
