Job Overview

We aim to create exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a positive and helpful manner, ensuring stock loss controls are maintained, adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards, following freshness and rotation principles, and managing waste correctly.

You will also support the stock count process and work across various shifts, tasks, and colleagues. A typical day may involve restocking shelves, serving customers, operating tills, and preparing the store for the next day.

Key Responsibilities:
