Job Opportunity

Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Measurement Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our content and advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct expert reviews of content and advertisements on our platforms to guarantee compliance with community standards and policies.
  • Collect and deliver market-specific insights, developing tailored recommendations to enhance Integrity outcomes.
  • Communicate critical findings to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve policies, processes, and tools.
  • Partner with vendor operations to ensure feedback is shared with relevant teams and track the impact of remediation plans.
  • Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at a global level.
  • Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team.

The successful candidate must be able to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content, possess analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and demonstrate solid communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional partners.
