Product Development Manager

A senior role is available for a Product Development Manager to lead the product management process and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system readiness for product changes and launches.
  • Manage product design, development, and launch.
  • Lead a team of direct reports and provide guidance on product management best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with commercial responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance market in Ireland and related regulation.
  • Understanding of customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends shaping opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to deliver on time.

  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate cross-functional activity to deliver value to the end customer.
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
