Job Title: Innovation Engineer

About the Role:

\

We are looking for a skilled Innovation Engineer to lead the design and development of new and existing products.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and implement product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams.\
  • Design and execute experiments to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.\
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams to ensure smooth product transitions.\
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality results on time.\
  • Analyse data and develop insights to inform product development decisions.\
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.\
  • Lead system integration efforts, including defect tracking, configuration management, and risk analysis.\
  • Support verification and validation activities, including protocol development and execution.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\

Candidate Requirements:

  • \
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.\
  • Proven experience in innovation engineering, research and development, or a related field.\
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, architecture development, integration, and verification.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\
  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software.\
  • Knowledge of medical devices, diagnostics, lab automation, or similar industries.\
