Exceptional Aftersales Manager Sought for Thriving Service Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Aftersales Manager within our Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a busy multi-franchise workshop and parts department in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values
  • Develop and implement effective plans to maximize customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and promoting a positive culture that encourages teamwork and innovation
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager in a fast-paced automotive environment
  • Able to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
