We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Clubhouse Director to lead our food and beverage operations, events, and bedrooms at a prestigious golf resort.

Optimise Food and Beverage Operations

Leverage your expertise as a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to drive revenue and enhance the culinary offerings within the clubhouse. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Rlevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Clubhouse Manager or House Manager role.
Proficiency in using industry-standard software and technology to streamline operations.
