Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control processes to minimize risk.
  • Evaluate quality standards and compliance with building regulations and safety legislation to mitigate liabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager is essential.
  • Proven track record delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects.
  • Background with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills are critical for success.
  • Familiarity with Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation is necessary.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
