Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development of new business and managing major accounts, driving revenue growth across various segments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent team management, motivation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven track record in similar roles preferably within 4 or 5-star hotels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to monitor and evaluate their effectiveness against forecasted goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international accounts, generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue streams.
  • Supervise departmental activities, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to promptly, leads are tracked, accurate account data is maintained, rates are negotiated, and market research is conducted.
  • Create and implement sales promotions to drive revenue growth and achieve established targets.
  • Manage departmental expenses, business planning, and budgeting to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Regularly report on progress and results to senior management, striving to achieve set revenue goals.
  • Participate in sales activities, including site inspections, corporate hospitality, presentations, and familiarization trips, to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Solicit new accounts, grow existing ones, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
