Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing logistics support activities such as stock management, order processing, fulfillment, scheduling, shipment planning, and freight expediting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and managing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Coordinating with transportation providers and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Updating transactions on our Warehouse Management System.
  • Accruing costs and pricing jobs.
  • Expediting the movement of goods to maximise value and minimise costs.
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and seize sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong business relationships and monitoring subcontractor activities.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in warehousing, inventory management, and freight forwarding.
  • A strong understanding of supply chain processes, including common challenges and effective solutions.
  • Quick critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers, WMS software, and other technology for inventory management and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Time-management and goal-setting capabilities.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in tracking products and shipments across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driving License and own vehicle (Location and limited public transport).
