Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Reception Host to join our front-of-house team. As a Reception Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for checking in and out guests, dealing with enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.

  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.

  • Deal with guest enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the hotel run smoothly.

  • Ensure that all daily reports are completed on time and to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
