Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care that meets company, regulatory, and professional standards.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop tailored care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to make informed clinical decisions.
Essential Criteria:
  • A valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Possess relevant skills and knowledge, including PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and The Patients Charter.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, including RQIA, HSCT, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
