Job Opportunity: Therapeutic Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Practitioner to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.

This role offers the ideal opportunity for a qualified professional to utilise their expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical caseloads, conducting standardised assessments, and delivering evidence-based trauma-focused interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a weekly clinical caseload of clients requiring intensive therapeutic support.
  • Manage specialist referral pathways to ensure timely intervention and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough, standardised clinical assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Deliver longer-term trauma-informed and specialist evidence-based trauma-focused interventions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Full current clinical accreditation with a recognised accrediting body (e.g., BACP, IACP, NCPS).
  • Minimum level 7 Post Graduate Diploma or MSc in a relevant clinical specialism - Therapeutic Practice.
  • A minimum of four years' core training in a core Psychotherapeutic discipline with a relevant and recognised training institute.
  • A minimum of 450 hours of supervised clinical practice.
  • Experience and understanding of working with adults and young people with co-morbidity, particularly those experiencing trauma-related disorders.
