We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Digital & AI group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software features that deliver mission-critical cloud products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient, testable software to implement key product features.
- Own feature development from design documents to acceptance testing and deployment.
- Work across teams to lead feature development spanning multiple microservices.
- Review code and provide feedback on best practices, readability, and anticipate issues.
- Troubleshoot production support issues and come up with solutions as required.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Excellent programming skills, particularly in Java or Python.
- Cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
- Expert-level understanding of object-oriented programming & design.
- Proactive, self-driven, and possessing a growth mindset.
- Able to learn and pick up new technologies quickly.
