Site Construction Manager Role

A leading construction contractor in Cork is seeking a highly skilled Site Construction Manager to oversee daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan project tasks, including allocating duties to engineers and service personnel.
  • E nsure works are executed in accordance with design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.
  • Verify dimensions, set out sites, and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within building or civil projects.
  • Excellent skills in setting out and verifying dimensions on site.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Ongoing professional certifications, such as Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
