CPL is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Data Annotator to join our team. As an Annotator, you will play a crucial role in improving Large Language Models (LLMs) by creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data accurately and consistently, adhering to predefined annotation guidelines
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers
  • Develop and implement guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation
  • Perform basic research to annotate accurately
  • Provide insights on observed patterns in annotated data
  • Process sensitive text-based content

Essential Competencies:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Familiarity with Irish accents and common social norms
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Candidate Experience:

  • Ability to reference online resources and write cohesive answers to prompts
  • Experience with data and trend analysis, and insights
  • Strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance
