Project Management Specialist

Job Title:
A key role exists within our organization for a Project Management Specialist who will play a critical part in the delivery of complex projects.
- The ideal candidate will have several years of project management experience with at least three years at a senior level.
- They should be able to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from both a time scale and commercial perspective.
- Responsibilities will include managing teams effectively, possessing strong motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness.
- The successful candidate will be driven by ambition to become a member of our senior management team with promotional prospects based on performance.
- Existing Senior Engineers or Site Managers looking to progress within a large organization may find this opportunity suitable.
About the Opportunity:
Our client engages in various sectors including commercial, educational, industrial, pharma, life science, data, and residential projects up to €150m in traditional and other formats.
Key Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with excellent time scale and commercial delivery track records are essential.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills are vital.
