Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project operations, monitoring and tracking progress in real-time.

  • Inspect works-in-progress and completed projects to ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Verify that all work complies with building regulations and relevant laws.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other labor resources effectively.

  • Maintain close communication with site team members at all times.

  • Interface with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners as required.

  • Respond promptly and proactively to on-site incidents and emergencies.

  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • 3rd-level qualification or trade background, along with 5 years of experience in similar roles with main contractors.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • A proven track record of working under strict time constraints, with strong attention to detail.

  • Outstanding client-facing skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction practices.
