Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes that meet high-quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on designing, testing, and optimizing production processes to ensure seamless product delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations, to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, or Manufacturing) and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the medical device industry are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and automation. Experience with process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory compliance is essential. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) are also required.
