**Sales and Operations Planning Professional**

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Planning Professional to join our Supply Chain team. This key role will involve managing demand, planning inventory, and ensuring products flow smoothly through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Work with the Sales team to review forecasts and plan for new launches, promotions, and seasonal changes
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
  • Monitor supplier and production performance and solve issues quickly
  • Share regular updates on stock risks, delivery issues, and lost sales
  • Support improvement projects across the supply chain

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or planning (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
  • Clear communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Process-driven mindset and a willingness to improve processes
