Job Summary:

This role focuses on the operational setup, execution and maintenance of manufacturing production equipment.

Equipment includes machinery, processing, assembly or packaging tools that need to be set up, operated safely and effectively for production purposes.

  • Set up equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
  • Operate equipment correctly to ensure efficient production processing.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify any malfunctions or replacements needed.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing assistance to junior operators, ensuring equipment is maintained properly, evaluating equipment performance, and recommending improvements.

  • Provide support to junior operators in their assigned tasks.
  • Clean and repair equipment as needed.
  • Assess equipment performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Operate industrial vehicles to transport equipment between warehouses and working areas.
