Production Leadership Role

This role involves overseeing the operational efficiency of manufacturing processes, managing production schedules, and ensuring products meet specifications and compliance standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our production teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient production strategies, optimize output, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Talent Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for production team members, promoting individual growth and collective success.
  • Quality Assurance: Champion a quality-first mindset, conduct regular audits and training, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and environmental regulations, conducting safety assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze and manage labour and material costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree (Level 7 or higher) in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in ERP/MES and production planning systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP, QMS, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong understanding of digital manufacturing tools, real-time production tracking systems, and process automation technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving performance improvement, and developing talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective change management strategies.
