Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our manufacturing operations. This key role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize resources and drive efficiency.

  • Coordinate and manage manufacturing support and supply services
  • Plan production capacity and workflows to maximize output potential
  • Oversee facilities operations to ensure effective management of efficiency, quality, cost, H&S, and technological integration
  • Implement strategic initiatives to meet business targets
  • Lead and direct the production team to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage costs and ensure budget compliance
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, equipment, and workflows
  • Foster a positive work environment and manage technical staff

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of operational experience, preferably at a technical management level, with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field). They must be an excellent team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams.
