This is a key position for someone experienced in a fast-paced, multinational environment looking to make a real impact on operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
As a manufacturing professional, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to production, customers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth processes and product delivery.
You will design and implement new manufacturing processes, taking prototypes from concept to full production scale.
Identify and drive improvements in equipment, methods, and processes to reduce costs and improve on-time delivery.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and quality across operations.
Support the introduction and implementation of new systems while assisting in various engineering projects.
This role requires a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
2–5 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
Hands-on knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Experience in prototype manufacturing, process optimization, and equipment troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
