Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing process and product development projects.
  • Responsible for reporting on project activities, ensuring manufacturing and operations requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process/product improvements.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are complied with.
  • Analyze and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Non-Conformance Management (NCM) and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in validation activities, executing protocols for equipment and process validations.
  • Review and contribute to supplier process validation and risk management initiatives.
  • Evaluate and approve process changes, considering their impact on products.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering at Level 8.
  • Experience in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environments.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
