- Develop and implement new ERP systems, streamlining operations and enhancing data management.
- Support the Engineering team in achieving flexible task assignments.
- Document technical data for assigned projects and tasks, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Making informed recommendations regarding new product or service development.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training (Green Belt or higher).
- Proficient in ERP systems, with implementation experience highly valued.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, with a proven track record of process development, optimization, and improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects.
- Previous experience in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for process or tooling design.
- Understanding of quality control methods and statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Adaptability to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement mindset with initiative to identify and implement changes.
