Job Description:

As a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes. This key position requires an individual with a strong background in fast-paced, multi-national environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert engineering support to customers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to design and implement new processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Manufacture prototypes and validate products to meet strict specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving cost reductions and on-time delivery excellence.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement new ERP systems, streamlining operations and enhancing data management.
  • Support the Engineering team in achieving flexible task assignments.
  • Document technical data for assigned projects and tasks, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Making informed recommendations regarding new product or service development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or training (Green Belt or higher).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, with implementation experience highly valued.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, with a proven track record of process development, optimization, and improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects.
  • Previous experience in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and production support.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for process or tooling design.
  • Understanding of quality control methods and statistical analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Adaptability to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with initiative to identify and implement changes.
