Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Services Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to lead within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, playing a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our business operations.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior manufacturing services professional to contribute to the ongoing operational efficiency of our manufacturing services centres that support our final assembly operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Coordinate and manage production capacity and workflows to optimize resources and meet projected output targets.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee, plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations of molding and surface mount assembly operations through relevant managers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Role: Provide leadership in the operational management of our plant, playing a key role in delivering our core plant KPIs.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Implement strategic initiatives aligned with our company's overall targets & objectives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to our production team.
  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet our company standards and customer expectations.
  • Production Monitoring: Implement and manage programs to monitor production outputs for defects, PPM levels, 6's and Yields.
  • Cost Management: Manage production costs by monitoring expenses related to labor, materials, and overhead costs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve all key aspects of our manufacturing services support.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of technical staff, including hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as fostering a positive work environment.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Sustainability: Provide leadership in managing and leading key sustainability initiatives plant-wide to ensure we meet our net carbon neutral targets by 2030.
  • Compliance: Include compliance with ISO500001.
  • Tech Advancements: Stay abreast of technological advancements in manufacturing and implement new technologies and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
