Strategic HR Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our organisation's human resources strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR plan that aligns with our business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports business growth and organisational development.
  • Provide strategic input into operational planning, budgeting, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Lead organisational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Direct HR teams to ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits, entitlements, and performance management systems to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing through various initiatives and programs.
  • Promote innovation and empowerment by facilitating change management and supporting the adoption of new technologies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a senior management position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform HR decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
