Job Title: Audit Manager - Insurance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Audit Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services audit, with a focus on insurance clients.

The role will involve overseeing a client portfolio of financial services companies, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met and that high-quality audit work is delivered.

You will be responsible for managing a team of auditors and supervising the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements. You will also ensure that assignments are run within budget, time, and resource requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial services regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
  • Currently, or recently, at Audit Manager level in an accountancy firm
  • Financial Services audit experience is essential, with Insurance experience preferred
  • Experience of managing direct reports
