We are seeking skilled therapists to serve children and young people with complex needs in Dublin North, Central, and Northwest.
Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication requirements through thorough evaluations.
- Develop tailored therapy plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated treatment planning.
- Support families and caregivers with education on enhancing home communication.
- Lead the Assessment of Need process under the Disability Act.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
You Will Bring:
- At least 3 years' experience working with pediatrics and disabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and ICT skills for effective workload management.
- A genuine passion for supporting children in achieving their communication goals.
What's Offered:
- Salary: €63,279- €74,509 (commensurate with experience)
- Generous annual leave: 30 days per year
- Relocation support (if applicable)
