About the Role:
As an Education Experience Specialist, your day-to-day will involve overseeing the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of education programmes. You will lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional client service, act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. You will also manage resources with precision while driving process improvements across programme operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of education programmes.
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred). You will also have solid experience in education or a similar service delivery environment, proven leadership and team management capabilities.
