Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Pricing and Funds Management product platform.

As a key member of our Payments team, you will be responsible for crafting the vision and executing product roadmaps that meet Toast's growing needs.

About this Role

  • Lead product strategy and execute product roadmap for a business critical pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform.
  • Take ownership of key initiatives and execute while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams across Toast.
  • Anticipate the challenges and opportunities for the pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform and proactively take steps to address them.
  • Articulate the product vision and strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders to align on product strategy and own the Pricing & Funds Management product roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple projects and fulfill product requests while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing world-class product managers.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor the performance of your products to improve our products continuously and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience managing payment products, with at least 10+ years in the payments industry.
  • Track record building high-performing product management teams, and developing exceptional talent.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing payments strategy.
  • Strong ability to partner with leaders and teams cross-functionally.
  • Strong in both setting a vision and strategic direction for a domain and ability to drive execution and be detail-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of payment technology, card payment systems, money movement and treasury management requirements.
  • Outstanding discernment with an understanding of business drivers and of how to drive value to the customer.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Unrelentless focus on ownership, results, and problem-solving; you see a problem and provide thoughtful solutions.
  • Possesses strong decision-making and prioritization skills and is results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to equip the business in a strategic manner, communicate big-picture opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market activities; able to influence and effectively communicate and collaborate work cross-functionally.
